Nice modern hotel. Nice rooms be it slightly odd lay out of open plan wash area next to bed? Excellent breakfast. Nice surroundings and enough to do before venturing into city centre. Q Park Car park literally 5 minutes away and the hotel offers a discount code, still around £18 for 24hrs with discount.

Had a meeting here in a conference room which was well appointed, great lunch and drinks through the day. Stayed here overnight, room was excellent very clean and a mini fridge with a few drinks. Parking was really easy at the near by Qpark first street.

Great location in the city centre of manchester. Clean & spacious bedrooms. Lovely experience and great quality food in the restaraunt with breakfast and evening meals. Nothing was too much for the reception, bar restaraunt and event staff throughout our weekend event held their in November. We have held the same convention event for 4 years there now and can not fault anything. Would definitely reccomend for your event being held there. Special thanks to Dominica and Thanos for all your help in preparation and during the event.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The location is very good– just a 15-minute walk to the city centre and one minute from Q-Park. Guests get a 25% discount there; we paid only £50 for 72 hours of parking, which was very reasonable for such a central spot. Our room was spacious with a huge, extremely comfortable bed and even a free mini-bar. Housekeeping was excellent – the lady who looked after our room was very sweet and always timed her visits so she didn’t come too early in the morning, which I really appreciated. All the reception staff were friendly and genuinely helpful – service was consistently first-class. The only slight downside, which isn’t really the hotel’s fault, was the open-plan bathroom. There’s little privacy: you step straight from the shower back into the room, and there’s nowhere inside to hang a towel, which can be uncomfortable if someone else is in the room...especially depending on who you’re sharing with! Check-out is at a very reasonable 12 noon, and we paid just £10 per extra hour for a late check-out – excellent value. Special thanks to the night-shift receptionist who arranged this so smoothly, I forgot to get her name but she was wearing a head scarf. Overall, an outstanding hotel experience. Would definitely return and highly recommended!

I spent a lovely 3 nights here whilst I was in Manchester for a school reunion. The hotel is in a good location and close to the station with direct trains to Manchester airport. The room was excellent with plenty of space and a great view. It was very clean and well serviced every day. A bonus was the fridge and selection of drinks. There was a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. I would like to give a big thank you to the guys in the bar, Cameron, Lennox and Eden for making the most amazing cocktails and for being very hospitable hosts. In fact all the restaurant staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. My only complaint would be the cold plates for the cooked breakfast, but the great coffee and pastries did make up for it.

I had a massage here in June 2022 - absolutely awful. The lady didn’t really spend the time to really get the knots out and it felt like a very “newbie” massage - she wasn’t friendly either and the whole experience was pretty awkward - I was a bit nervous about it all and she didn’t put me at ease what so ever - plus it wasn’t made clear we could use the faculties before our spa time - I would not be going here in a hurry which is a shame as this was a birthday gift from my friends for me after having a hard time with having a baby through Covid . Very disappointed and did not feel good leaving it.

My new favourite hotel in Manchester! I stayed here with my partner last night for one night. The hotel is located in a great position for the side of town we needed, we checked in early evening and Vanessa was so smiley and kind with professional, welcoming front-of-house customer service. We took her recommendation to add breakfast and was pleasantly surprised, it was worth it. The room was perfect, so clean, beautifully designed and laid out, particularly impressed with the locally sourced independent merchandise at reception and brands in the hotel room fridge. Cannot praise the staff enough, everyone we spoke to was polite, chatty and kind. Will be recommending and coming back!

Staff very helpful and polite. Very comfortable room on the 6th floor. Bed large, comfortable and warm. Room quiet. Really central hotel to everything. Free soft drinks in the mini bar which is appreciated. Daily cleaning. Breakfast -good choice of hot and cold foods. Don't like the open bathroom but it's not a big deal.

Stayed in the Townhouse 10th Floor with my wife for our anniversary. Very satisfied with everything. In room bar excellent. Cleanliness top notch. Staff were so friendly and helpful from check in to the restaurant staff. Even a free drink for our anniversary which was a lovely touch we didn't expect. Honestly the only thing I could find that wasn't superb was the TV reception but who is bothered about that on your anniversary :) would absolutely recommend and will stay again!

Stayed here recently and it was a treat, from entering the staff were super helpful. The room was incredibly spacious and the shower area is not separated by a wall, so imagine you'd have to be close to the person you're staying with! For me, this wasn't an issue but maybe for some. The gym was great, small but decent kit and the sauna and steam room a total treat too! The breakfast has loads of choice and again, staff very friendly. I would LOVE to go back soon. There is a mini art gallery on the first floor too and it is in a great location, close to Deansgate Station, Oxford Road and so much more.
