   Extremely rude customer service, its obvious the younger staff are afraid to speak up or against their senior staff. The younger gent was sweet and tried to be helpful until the older blonde member of staff got involved. She did not try to explain that the shoe I was looking at was the same pair I liked in the window and acted as if it was funny and humourous and beneath her to explain to me. A very self centred manager who has little respect, and obviously 0 understanding of customer service. Really disappointing and rude experience by a cheap person.

   Today, I visited the Schuh store in Bexleyheath with my daughter, hoping to pick out something new for her spring and summer wardrobe, as well as some trainers. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The sales assistant we interacted with was unreasonably rude to both my daughter and me. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but entirely uncalled for. To make matters worse, we were literally asked to leave the store, which left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service. This incident has certainly made me question whether I would return to Schuh in the future. I would appreciate it if this matter is addressed to ensure that other customers don't face a similar experience.

   Schuh as a company is good and has some really nice stock. I have always purchased my footwear from this brand. The Bexleyheath branch was a first for me. I was in the store for around 5 mins. 3 staff members stood at the front of the store chatting. I never got approached. In the end I walked out and another customer with a child walked out as well. He had been there longer than me and also wasn't approached. I've worked in retail for over 25 years. Most of that time as a Manager. Chat if your store is quiet. As a customer walks in you make yourself available. I am very disappointed with this branch and obviously will never go back.

   The store is well orginised and tidy however I thought the choices were limited. Not much in stock and quite small. Staff are helpful and friendly.

   The team in this branch are so friendly and helpful! There is one lovely person with shoulder length brown hair (sorry I didn't get their name) and she helped us so quickly and efficiently, gave some information about the shoes and then also told us about the recycling scheme and asked us about the rest of our day. It was nice to just have a normal conversation while still receiving amazing customer service.
