   I was not satisfied with my experience at this store. If you buy something here, you cannot get a refund. They only offer an exchange or give you a voucher, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I recommend everyone to carefully check the store’s return policy before making a purchase.

   I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. As per the attached delivery email, I ordered the black & white version of the Cloudswift 3 for women. However, I received the all black version instead. Upon revisiting your website, I noticed a recurring issue: when changing the color option for this product, the description remains as "all black," regardless of the selected color. This confirms there is a technical error on your website, which misled me during the purchase process. This has caused a significant inconvenience, as this item was intended as a Christmas present. Additionally, my trust in ordering from your site was already low due to prior negative reviews. Consequently, I have reordered the correct product from a well-known high street retailer, which had restocked it. I request a swift resolution through your returns process, including clear instructions for returning the incorrect item and a full refund. Please address this matter promptly, as the efficiency of your response will determine whether I amend my review and rating to reflect this experience.

   I work in sales myself, and every day I process returns over £1,000 straight back to customers' bank accounts—so I find this store's refund policy absolutely disgusting. The sales lady has great skills and will definitely make you spend, but beware: NO REFUNDS, only vouchers valid for 6 months, and if the item’s on sale, it’s exchange ONLY. The shoes are uncomfortable, and I deeply regret shopping here. My friends asked why I even bothered, and I honestly don’t know. I’ll never step foot in this store again!

   I had a very disappointed experience with this shop and I wouldn’t recommend to buy anything from Muswell Hill branch. I bought two pairs of shoes from Muswell Hill branch. They were a size smaller than my size but the shoes comes a bit bigger so I thought that would be ok. Also I told the sales person what my size is. I thought even if I try at home properly and have any issue I can return it. I bought them and when I tried them at home , I notice that it’s painful from the sides after a couple of steps and that wouldn’t be comfortable to wear them whole day and I just returned them in a week but got a shock because they said they don’t do refund. Any shops in London they do refund, not just in London , it’s like this everywhere. I said wouldn’t be good to tell me this when I bought them . The shop manager said that it’s says on your receipt. That’s not helpful really even if I read every single line on the receipt. Receipt means you’ve done the shopping and paid for it and all done. I even told the saleswomen that it’s smaller than my size, in this case that wouldn’t be harmful to tell me that they don’t do refund so I wouldn’t take the risk. And when I returned them to the shop, the manager didn’t even try to help , she was like “ sorry , you should have asked before you buy if we do refund. If you didn’t ask , it’s your false, your responsibility “. Very unfriendly, unhelpful. We live in London , you can get refund from everywhere , why should I ask if they accept refund. Wouldn’t be nice to just remind the customers that you don’t do refund? Is that one additional sentence going to make you older , or make you tired? It means after you sell the product you don’t care what happens after that, which is not good. I always try to do shopping from the local businesses but this is not nice return from the shops. I wouldn’t recommend to buy anything from this shop. I believe being honest and clear to the customer is important and in this shop there is no honesty. They aim to sell their product and don’t care the rest. If you don’t want to have a trouble and ruin your day then avoid doing shopping from this shop.

   I am someone who will never buy shoes online. I just can't as I have awkward feet. I went into Daniel today as I saw something nice in the window and ended up with such interest and expert advice by a lady named Rajinni, that I ended up with the most fantastic footwear that i didn't expect. Proper old-fashioned fine service (and knowledge).

   Visited the Daniel Footwear store in Muswell Hill for the first time. Friendly, attentive and super helpful service from Chris. So refreshing to find sales staff who proactively want to help you! Very happy with my purchase and will definitely shop there again.

   Ok I'd probably my favourite shop as it's a he only one in the area that offers a good mixture of quality shoes. Love the bags as well, they are quite reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful but quite often you have to wait for shoes to be delivered as their stock is limited. They have a small selection if mens shoes but it is comprehensive enough.
