   I know the shops well, even occasionally shopping in Glasgow. Today I visited this shop to buy a few pairs before my flight. I wanted to look presentable, but in more comfortable clothes for a 23-hour trip. As soon as I entered the shop, a grumpy, arrogant, and rude employee made me give up and leave. Either the company doesn't pay its employees well, or she chose the wrong place to work. Now I understand why it's good to shop online; being served by low-level people who judge customers by their appearance isn't for me.

   I visited the shop on Regent Street yesterday and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly kind,patient, and attentive they really took the time to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. Their advice was very helpful, and the shoes I bought are comfortable, stylish, and great quality. I truly appreciate their service and will definitely come back!

   I’ve been shopping in R&B for years and have never experienced such rude service as I did on Friday evening in the Regent Street store. I asked to try on a pair of shoes and the shop assistant wouldn’t get me the other foot until I’d tried on the display shoe for size (I’ve been the same size in every pair of their shoes I’ve owned). After pushing her on it she did get me a pair to try on but put them down next to me without saying a word! I didn’t think they look great on (not that she asked how they felt) so I just left them there and walked out. She didn’t say bye/thanks or anything. I felt quite annoyed by it and don’t think I’ll bother going back. Disappointing service, especially considering the price their shoes these days

   Amazing staff, always welcoming especially Iryna, she helped me purchase my bag for Christmas. The other assistants were also extremely welcoming even though all were very busy. Lovely customer service, 100% would come again.

   Amazing staff were patient as I was indecisive choosing my dress shoes. Would recommend going to this branch instead of Oxford street as it’s empty and easier to get attention of staff yet this store is smaller. Very comfortable shoes and I’m sure they will last long time

   I’m surprised by all the bad reviews. Unfortunately the R&B store closest to me in Stratford was closed. Per the website this location had a shoe I wanted. I called had it held; and picked up the next day. Everyone was friendly and showed me some other options which I tried on. Ultimately I went with the classic Brewster loafer which I LOVEEEEE

   This is a awful shop I went in to buy pair of chelsea boots one of the staff started shouting at me that I must use hand cleaner. I always carry my own surely Russell and bromley have a friendly shoe showroom in London? Very upset.
