I came in for shoe polish (surprisingly difficult to find in this city). I was greated by a friendly man & woman. They found the right shade for me and managed to crack a few jokes in the meantime. Fantastic experience, I'll definitely come back when I need to buy a pair of shoes
Hello. Do you still make the Barker Cheltenham shoes in regular smooth leather (not hi shined leather) with four pairs of eyelets? If so, do you have it in stock? Size 6 or 6.5.
I had a last minute business meeting and needed a pair of shoes to match a new suit. Iβve never received such fantastic service. Rasa is an absolute gem of a person. She helped me try over a dozen pairs. Her advice was invaluable. She went above and beyond to accommodate me. And the shoes are outstanding!
Iβve got to say I had a very pleasant experience at the Barker Shoe store. I loved the very hands on approach of the staff. They are one of the few shoe stores left where the staff literally help you put the shoes on. The real first prize though, is the quality of the shoes. Shoes made with love and sold for a great price.

Bought my wedding shoes from here. H was absolutely first class. Very knowledgeable about the different types of shoes, offered suggestions and help in selecting the right shoe. I'm sure they'll do the job, the quality in the materials is really noticeable. Not cheap, but happy with the quality. Will be back.
I wandered into this shop with the intention of buying some shoelaces. I asked for 3 different colours, and was going to pay, when the generous chap behind the counter said I could have them on the house. It was done with charm. I will remember this shop when contemplating which brogues I want. In addition their range is rather good.
I had a problem with the shoes I brought from another branch of Barker. Vic was absolutely brilliant. He took on the issue as though it was his. He tried everything to make the shoe better and gave me lots of advice. He also gave me some shoe cream so that I can soften the leather.
Pricey but very smart leather shoes. Much more choice than the large department stores.
I bought a pair of Barker shoes, the ones on their creative style. Unless you know what you want, don't expect much help, they will just show you around the different models and let you know which colours could match better for your suit, but that's it. Better to know about the brand and do some research yourself. Apart from that, shoes are great quality, great finish and light. I'll be back to exchange them but for a new pair since the ones i bought, the right food was in exposition and it's bit used at the sole.
