“I went into Cheaney’s Bow Lane shop with the intention of just trying a few shoes and shopping around. Before I knew it, my my fairly weathered brogues which I had removed to try on a pair of smart Alfreds were whisked away, polished and returned looking like new. Apparently this is part of the service as explained by Carina. In the meantime, Jack took time to find the perfect fit from the many variants available and I walked out with my new shoes a satisfied customer. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. Service like this is from a bygone era.”

It was easy to find stylish and comfortable options for her. We don’t remember her name, but we found out she was Spanish. To me, my Aldershot boots feel so well made and fit so snugly after a few times wearing them in - they feel solid and protect my feet. People have stepped on them but I always end up unscathed.
