I had to buy a super last minute pair of boots for a Christmas night out. Deichman never lets you down, great quality and comfy shoes. Kayleigh our sales assistant was super helpful and friendly. All round easy and speedy experience.
I visited this store on Monday and bought 2 pairs of men's shoes, I'm very pleased with these products. I was served by a friendly professional lady there with excellent customer service skills, she also helped me out with a discount voucher by registering with my email so I couldn't be more thankful. 5 stars experience.

Great staff; the measure kids feet. Now we don't have a Clarks in Bexleyheath, this store is the only one in the shopping centre that offers this service. Staff made a fuss of my daughter getting her feet measured for the first time, and helped us find some lovely shoes that she wore out of the shop. Really great experience.
Good prices and good selection. If you order in store don't expect a text or email to say order is ready to collect as I never heard a thing and found out the shoes had been sitting in store for five days! God shopping experience bad communication.
Lovley, helpful, and feindley staff able to assist you with what you need lovley quality shoes especially for school shoes and reasonable prices for shoes as well as great offers and care products for shoes which is also a reasonable price and so worth going back again so happy with my purchase and so was my little boy thank you decihman Bexleyheath xxx
