Very helpful friendly staff, especially a young man that helped me and my daughter find our way. Comfortable seat and a good place to watch a movie

No recliner chairs, if they had them we'd be making a routine monthly date here, however it's not an option unfortunately. No issues with screens or facilities outside of 21st century comfort.

The lovely manager of this Odeon called me personally to let me know my son had left his wallet behind. Customer service well above the call of duty - she should be given a raise! I commend Odeon for hiring good people and having sensible and safe lost&found policies in-place.

Went to see Jurassic world rebirth. Very easy to scan pre bought tickets and obtain food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Maybe have better lighting before the film starts. Walked into a pitch black cinema had to feel my way to a seat with a phone torch!

The amount of films that release in the UK that this cinema just decides not to bother with are ridiculous. I have booked days off for anticipated releases only to discover this odeon just doesn't feel like showing it when I try to book a ticket

Went on a Tuesday night and the place was dead. Such a shame as the place is hidden in the deepest depths of the Barons Quay development, which is dimly lit at night and surrounded by empty units. The cinema itself was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly.

If i could give no stars i would do. Went to the cinema today 5.45pm and it was warmer sat outside. No heating, everyone moaning about being cold. Couldn't concentrate on the film for having to keep trying get warm. If the heating was broken the doors should of been closed!!. Customers shouldn't be charged £13 a person to have to sit in a freezer. Disgusting. No wonder its empty.

Very modern cinema with many screens. Located by the river in Northwich. Always immaculate. Efficient and helpful staff. The Silver Screen for £3.50 on line or 4.50 at the cinema, with coffee and a biscuit included, currently at 1300 on Tuesday. Before covid there was a Thursday showing as well. With luck that may return.

Using the Barons Quay car park ensures lots of parking availability, with lifts to get you to the ground level. The cinema itself is above a coffee shop, and is quite small at only 5 screens, but each screen has good seating, good audio balancing and has always been clean. It’s always been reasonably quiet here. Proximity to a canal is nice to walk along afterwards.
