the selection of shoes is very large, prices are varied (shoes made of high quality leather, hand-sewn products) so the prices will not be low, flagship store, I am not satisfied with the service because I was previously on Jermyn Street and the lady told me that the shoes I was looking for I would get on Regent Street, I went to Regent and there was a surprise, the gentleman said that I had to go to Bow Lane, no reliable information, no system what shoes are where, do something about it, respect the customers
Fantastic experience. Good range of shoes and high quality for the price point. But the service was exceptional. I was greeted and helped by H who was very knowledgeable and attentive, a real credit to the store.
Forgot to pack my dress shoes for a weeklong trip to the area. Decided to buy some nice English Chelsea boots. Theses seemed like good quality for the value.

They are advertised as one of the best quality English shoes but mine fell apart 3 times within a year, and each time they would just take them in to fix them causing an even bigger damage…
Called in to this store and the Bow Lane store on to purchase a pair of shoes last minute in time for a friends wedding. The staff were most approachable and helpful, communiacting between stores to put a pair aside in my size. Great quality shoes too. Happy to reccomend.

Good quality shoes with a wide variety of styles. Unfortunately the sales staff were a little indifferent with regards to sales, it seemed like an effort to answer questions and trying shoes on. This was a marked difference to when I’ve been before where the sales assistant was more than willing to answer questions and tell me about the virtues of Barker shoes compared to others.
