Got “clear biab” for 15£. Got her underage son to do all the work, very rushed. I think they just put a clear coat because it started coming off the next day. I’m not even gonna bother asking for a refund, hope the 15£ feeds your family in Vietnam sis x
Its really bad they dont know how to do nails at all and its really overpriced for the work and the customer service is really appaling
I had a terrible experience at S\&S Nails. The worker who attended to me was extremely aggressive and lacked any sense of customer service. She was rude from the moment I sat down, showing no professionalism or courtesy. When it came to removing my BIAB (Builder in a Bottle), she did it carelessly and improperly, causing discomfort and clearly not caring about the health of my nails. Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful throughout the entire appointment. I left feeling frustrated, mistreated, and incredibly disappointed by the lack of basic respect and decency, do your job properly please.
First time visiting this nail salon, had a good experience arrived for 1:30pm had explained I had a appointment for 1pm but got a bit late had then got my nails done by one of the lovely ladies. Was really happy with the service, will definitely be returning.

This was my first visit to the salon and I was pleasantly surprised. I showed Thomas a picture of what I wanted to achieve and he did my nails exactly as the picture down to every design detail. I didn't feel rushed and Thomas was very friendly and we had a good chat even though it was busy. I would recommend anyone looking for a nail salon around this area.
