    I walked in and asked if I could try on a pair of size 9.5 shoes. I got brushed off by the guy I asked. I own vans but im not exactly good nor confident with shoe sizes. Was it wrong of me to ask if I could try on a pair of shoes or was i not specific enough? I have never heared of a shoe store that wont allow you to try on shoes...

    Person in the shop was really pushy to make us try shoes on that we weren’t interested in. Also stopped to serve someone else when they barged in half way through our transaction. Not the usual great service I’ve received in every other vans store.

    Shop isn't actually a vans store, it's actually another shop called natterjacks with vans branding, wasn't until i got home after 2 hour drive that i realised i can't return the item to my local vans store. Also most things in there are more expensive than the vans store.
