Great people, very helpful! I needed to have the calf area of my boots widened, and although I didn’t believe anyone could actually do it. In this place everything seems possible. They measured my calf to see how many centimeters were missing to close the zipper, so they knew exactly how much elastic to add. The boots were ready for pickup after about 2 hours, and the job is beautiful — it looks like they came that way from the factory. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again someday. – Kat

The owner/shoemaker truly understands personal style, and I felt like they just got what I was looking for straight away. Visiting from Perth, Western Australia, it was a long way to travel but worth it to take time out of our London sight seeing schedule to pop in. We dropped off an old pair of boots for repair and a refresh and also bought another 2 pairs. Ilias and his staff were super-friendly and made us feel welcome, plus the shop cat lets you pat it and give it scritches and attention!
I've been here for the first time around a month ago to re glue an Armani Jeans suede and rubber soled trainers. Ilias immediately recognised the value of my footwear and charged me £20 to do the work. It was completed in 5 days, and I was able to see his work being done through a reception area into his back room at the time of my pick up. He does not take a credit card due to paying excess fees on each transaction, but I would politely suggest that credit card transactions do allow a customer a right of refund if the service is not satisfactory for any reason. I therefore reduced my rating to 4 instead of 5 due to no credit card facility being offered by his business at this time.
Rude and dismissive. Walked in and and was told “too busy to talk and thank you” as he waved me away. Ignorant people inside. If you don’t want people entering lock the door and put the shutters down. This place has really gone downhill since this new guy has taken over! Used to visit this shop on a monthly basis. Absolute horrific service now!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Best shoe repair shop maybe in the whole of London. Service is above and beyond. If you care about your shoes this is the best place for them. I moved away from the area but still go back to Ilias when my shoes need a face lift.
Recently I visited Ilia with a weird request: I needed my bag strap extended. Ilias found an identical piece of leather and did exactly what I asked. He practically made my whole bag better! The pricing is reasonable ,he's very friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely use his services in the future!
