I can safely say I have never had worse customer service. For a store that needs customer interaction to try on the shoes it’s pretty poor to feel like you’re inconveniencing the one of 7 employees standing around chatting or leaning against walls just to get a pair of shoes to try on. I’m not sure what was going on in your store today, maybe too many drinks at the staff party but it definitely wasn’t helpful, friendly or good customer service. Not to mention when asking questions about the shoes, we were given the advice to get the most toxic and environmentally damaging water resistant to help make the shoes water proof instead of suggesting the water resistant spray you actually stock.

This shop was incredibly busy but the staff were super attentive. This was my first time buying barefoot shoes so i had lots of questions. I was served by the amazing Tibor who helped me find the perfect shoe! He fed back how it should feel and showed me various models and was really patient with me. All in all 10/10 customer service!

This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced. On July 26th, I placed an order, but unfortunately, it never arrived at DHL. Of course, this can happen. After contacting DHL by email, I received no response. They only contacted me when I left a negative review. A month later, I still hadn't received anything. Again, they didn't respond to my emails. They only responded when I said I would leave a negative review. The promise that the issue would be resolved has again been broken, and worse, they're no longer responding to my emails. It's now almost four months since my order, and I still haven't received anything! It's unbelievable how carelessly and arrogantly they treat me, a paying customer. This is a truly worthless company with terrible service. P.S. I bought the shoes at another store, and I'm very happy with them.

Just bought the Tracker Leather AT Low Mens. I've been wearing the primus trail for the last 7 yrs ( switched 2 pairs after sole abrasion). I found it to be the best warm weather shoe ever. I also had, other vivo through the years which I liked less. As we moved to Geneva, the primus trail didn't suit the weather half of the year hence I've been wearing the Gola harrier for the last year, daily. As I got to London, I was happy to go to a dedicated Vivobarefoot shop. They took out tones of models which looks great. As I hike a lot ( mostly Salomon gtx low shoes) and spend some of my days outside, the low trackers feels and looks great. It should be warmer then the trail which is very ventilated. As I got home, I found the Gola to be as flexible as my new tracker shoes. Still, it doesn't have the wide toe box and outdoor sole but it's interesting to see how marketing influencees me. I would never consider the gola to be " barefoot " though it has distinct similarities.

The store itself was fine, and the workers quite helpful. Unfortunately the product is very poor. Bought a pair of vegan, supposedly waterproof hiking boots approximately a year ago for Β£200. Less than a month later they started delaminating. There was another customer in the shop complaining about his delaminated boots, which in retrospect should have been a red flag. A year later i may as well be walking around literally barefoot, as the boots have massive holes in them. Should be added I never went hiking in them, or indeed anything more strenuous than strolling around town.

What an experience! I bought my the first Vivo shoes 4 months ago in this little shop. And I have to say, it was the best shopping experience of my life. I spent here almost 2h looking for my perfect shoes as a size of my feet is a bit unusual. However, guys there were very patient with me and they let me try many pairs of shoes. I was able to walk on different types of surfaces. And find the best shoes with the perfect fit. Guys there really knew everything about minimalistic shoes. Really great team. Definitely my next Vivo will be from London. Thank you very very much

This store feels like a forest! Beautifully decorated with natural greenery and of course with Vivos displayed. It is nice to be able to wear and try on the shoes in store and they have provided other natural ground materials to give you a feel of outdoors! The staff are amazing, friendly and supportive!

Update: Best shoes I ever bought, my third pair now and the only one shoes I wear for the last two years everywhere around the world and at home. Love it! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.
