   Staff don’t even acknowledge you when you’re stood there, I work in customer service, it’s not difficult to say “someone will be with you in a minute”, especially when you’ve just finished serving another customer. You’re already coming to the chemist because you don’t feel well, just to be made to feel worse because you’re ignored. Super rude.

   My partner came out of hospital and needed meds urgently. I went up to the doctors surgery and they were really good. They sent an urgent prescription through to the pharmacy within half an hour, and we were really pleased to get a text message from the pharmacy about an hour later to say that he could collect his meds. I checked on the pharmacy website and it said they were open until 8pm. We went to the pharmacy and there was a note on the counter saying they were closed all day. There were staff behind the counter and when I queried it with them, they said they were closed all day. I asked why, if they were closed all day, did they send a text saying that the meds were ready to be collected. She just gave me a dumb look and shrugged!

   3 members of staff standing behind counter. No one attending to those waiting to be served. Someone from management, please have a word about this. I was going to say 'Shocking service', but this does not even define its self as any kind of service. I'd rather pay more at a small pharmacy where you actually get seen promptly.

   Poor experience. Never answer phone. Went to store but system down. Told me I should have called?? I did call but they never answer. Lazy and unprofessional. Never want to help.

   Called in at the pharmacy to pick up some prescriptions I had ordered on the phone . The young man I spoke with on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful . Likewise in the pharmacy itself .also the lady pharmacist wo so helpful . Great customer service
