My initial thought was to buy a new one but I'm so glad I didn't. This is the second piece of work I've had done and both times I have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality and price. The third piece is in the pipeline. Cassie's customer service and advice have been exemplary. Highly recommended.”

It is warm when needs to be, clean, tidy and bathroom and kitchen area are maintained to good standards. Other people use the rooms and it is a respectful community of professionals working as privately as possible. Would recommend using this space”

“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“Great big neon signs to attract your attention. We ordered online (no honestly we were on the tram back from Bury) and collected our order when we got off at Heaton Park. Friendly staff and everywhere is clean, theres a few stools in the waiting area. We ordered 2 burgers, chips, cheesy chips and onion rings. When we got home the burgers were wrapped in foil and then greeseproof paper so they were still hot and fresh. The sauce is a little too hot for us but still very nice, onion rings were crispy as were the chips.”

“After trying 2 other shops, I took a bracelet into this jewellers which I wanted extending for my sons 16th. It is a family heirloom and very special. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers. Rachel was really good with the communication regarding the quote and updates regarding status and collection. Dwayne did a fantastic job on the main bodywork repairs and kindly also re-painted some additional areas as part of the job. Dwayne has great attention to deal and was a pleasure to deal with, as was his Dad :-) I highly recommend Auto Refinish Ltd.
