Along side the Market café probably the longest established café. Good simple fry ups and great value. Some staff don't smile much.

Lovely, lively and friendly place. Obviously popular as it was nicely busy on a Sunday afternoon. Coffee was a little tepid but the BLT more than made up for it. Staff were super nice to the dog too.

I've been here loads, consider this is a complete review. The food is always spot on, the portion sizes are huge, very good value for money. The food is always very well cooked, presented, served and generally is one of the best cafes I've ever been too, and I eat A LOT of breakfast. The service is always great, attentive, friendly and very efficient. I also have to mention, I've ran a pub and a hotel, so have a lot of experience with service, I've always been impressed with Alex, he just looks like he really enjoys working there, and he's always just cool as a cucumber, cutting about and doing a really good job, it's quality to see the lil dude smashing it like that, keep up the hard work and you'll fly. Love this place when I come to visit my other halves family (I live on the Wirral) Will be back time and time again

Pleasant, attentive staff. Reasonably popular with a warm atmosphere with plenty of tables and chairs. Something of a wait after the first plate was served before the second plate arrived, then a final wait for the third plate to arrive. Chicken & Mushroom Omelette with a baked potato side. The omelette very well filled and a generous size. Light and delicious and pairs very well with a small jacket potato which had a soft and smooth texture with optional butter. Sauces for the omelette were offered, but I declined. Soup & Roll. The soup had a good temperature, not too hot to eat right away (or when the rest of the table had been served). A good amount with a soft roll and butter. Roast Beef & Fried Onions sandwich on brown bread. The sandwich was huge! Wonderfully soft, thick cut bread with a good flavour and seed topping. A lot of beef with a good amount of onions. The lemon drizzle slice had a very punchy lemon flavour with a layer of lemon within the sponge. The chocolate orange cake was moist with a thick layer of chocolate ganache and chocolate orange pieces on top. Cappuccino was too milky for our liking, but a good temperature. The overall experience was very good. Good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Popular place. A lot of customers are visibly coming and going enjoying their food and the ambience, proving it's popularity. Unfortunately, a few move on due to being unable to get a table. It lives up to its good reputation. Good food, friendly service, and reasonable prices, which leads to happy customers returning for more.

Went for breakfast, always good. Large portions, great price and Karen who looked after us was really friendly and helpful, she was always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. We will return when next in Northwich.

Decent size a cafe with horrible illumination that makes it look kind of creepy. Good sausage and egg, but I asked for a children's cheese on toast and they brought an adult one.

Ordered the big breakfast plus hash browns, a bacon and egg sandwich which I asked for the egg to be scrambled so was a side of scrambled eggs, apple juice and a decaf tea. I sat back down and it wasn't long until our drinks came and then wasn't much longer until our food came. We were amazed at the quick service and great food! Will definitely be visiting again!
