   Went to the Aston branch today generally they are really good however there was a manager there this morning I think his name was Paul general manager really bad service and very poor customer service skills. He seems really rushed (store wasn't really that busy)for a very basic task of returning two items and collecting two items. Senior management needs to implement some basic customer service training soon otherwise you will loose big customers very fast. Ashame really as we spend alot of money here, especially from the gas and plumbing work.

   Absolutely shocking, hardly any staff and the ones that are there are beyond slow. Ridiculous, surely they realise that when there’s a Tool Station next door and the operation is that shoddy people will vote with their feet and go next door!! SORT IT OUT!!!
