A man cold called me today from here asking me if we had chosen our kitchen worktops. I told him we had and said we had some issues. He asked if he could be of assistance but I explained that as we had paid the contract was between me as the purchaser and the supplier and we had sorted it. I did share that I was surprised all the reviews for the supplier were 5 stars something he did not want to know about asking if I had an actual problem. When I said the problem I explained was an actual problem he terminated the call. Conclusion what was the point in feedback.
Very poor experience when visiting. I think the chap I met was head of sales prevention. Needs to take his head out from up his ar$e. I drove 5 mins up the road and gave IDS my £1000 order.
I have dealt with Corian products for many years now and find CDUK's service and professionalism second to none. Dealing with Kirsten and the team is such a pleasure and nothing is too much trouble, great work everyone!

Haven't visited- wouldn't waste any more of my time. Had problems with the fitting by one of the approved companies. Never resolved.They are probably round the corner from this company. Interesting. As for technical support, well Paul Richardson I'm still waiting for your reply from july. You must be dealing with a lot of technical queries. I am surprised that DuPont associates with you. And what another coincidence that the colour I chose was discontinued- ?due to 'bruising' and chips showing. I regret fully choosing Corian, far harder-wearing worktops out there. Only reason I haven't put on twitter is haven't figured out how to yet
Exceeded my expectations. Not sure just anyone can go in and look around as we were there on an open day event. The products are only limited to your own imagination. Very top end. Can not wait to start using these guys..
