   Before contacting Brass Works i tried contacting handlesforyou and doorhandlecompany and even M. Marcus with questions on their products. Being the first time ordering door related hardware I had a lot of questions and follow ups which might have been trivial and paltry to some but Abdullah Mamaniat from BW patiently journeyed with me on each and everyone of them. The BW team responded to my emails promptly whilst for the others I needed to wait on average between 1-3 days for a reply. They managed my expectations the best with clear updates each step of the way. I also found that BW's team were by far the most technically knowledgeable, and their inventory the widest. I needed to have my items delivered to Singapore and BW's workflow for international orders were extremely fast and efficient. I'm from Asia where customer service is provided efficiently 24/7 but unfortunately we may not have the best quality across all products yet which is why I had to source for premium hardware from the UK. My experiences dealing with UK companies were revealing but thankfully salvaged by the excellent standards maintained by Brass Works. Thank you, Abdullah!

   Please avoid buying from this website if you don’t want to spend months communicating just to exchange or return products. Brasswork sent me incorrect items that do not match what was shown and described on the product page. The product listed on the website is PAT.GB 01-055219, but the items I received are AV02B—a completely different model that I cannot use at all. Despite providing photo comparisons, Brasswork refused to acknowledge that they are not selling what they advertise on the website or issue a full refund. Be prepared to lose both money and time if you place an order with Brass Works.

   Awful service. Ordered window locks that still were not delivered after 10 days. The courier service could not locate my address(?) and Brass-Works wanted photographs and aerial shots of my property! Cancelled the order and will go elsewhere, to a company that values customer service and satisfaction.

   Very friendly. However the delivery driver left my parcel at the door when no one was home on a building site! Where no one lives! I’ve asked for a refund am waiting for a response

   Dropped off a pallet for delivery here, asked if I could use the facilities while I was there. I wish I hadn't had to go. Body fluids everywhere nothing was clean. It was a nicely done bathroom too but just absolutely disgusting. I felt like I was in a horror movie and being a wagon driver I see plenty of shocking toilets so trust me when I say its bad. If I was management I'd be embarrassed

   I've known zak for a number of years! When I visited for some ironmongery, the range and knowledge he had was amazing. Who knew this little gem in heart of Batley. Well done guys and highly recommended to anyone looking for door handles (knobs) hinges or locks. You must visit!
