   Will definitely be back - blow up Santa suit or not Slaying Christmas vibes at the Brookhouse. Special shout-out to quiz runner rocking the blow-up Santa costume — absolute commitment easily the highlight of the night. Only small note: the paper-mâché snowflake by the pool table looks like it’s clinging on for dear life Fix that and it’s a straight 5 stars ;) Will definitely be back — Santa suit or not.

   I friggin love the brookhouse, I one day hope that when my wife is preganant she gives birth here on these very seats, I want these floorboards to be the first floorboards that my baby touches. Hala the brookhouse!!

   Brookhouse is the kind of pub where you walk in for a quiet pint and immediately realise you’ve made a tactical error. The atmosphere is so comfortable you start negotiating with yourself: ‘I mean… one more won’t hurt’ It will. But you’ll enjoy it.

   We visited the Brookhouse Liverpool on the 17/11/2025, pulled in by the bright lights of the fruity pushed out by the dire state of the bar staff and the stench coming from their pits, a big muscular man in a suggestive suit called joe and a feisty smaller than average quiz master.    My mate Matt loves this place. He went there when he was a student, now our kids love it too as students. Decent food from varied menu. Three small plates for 8.99 were really tasty. Friendly staff. Good range of beers. Student night on Thursdays, with £1.70 pints. Two pool tables. Huge pub. Breakfast update. Great breakfast roll, really tasty.

   Little disappointed as they didn't have most of the drinks on the menu as well as no straws so it was difficult to stir the drink. The food was okay, chicken little dry. Glasses with vine came dirty but they gave us new ones.
