Checked out the unlimited breakfast offer. Great value for your money. 100% recommend. Kids eat FREE per paying adult customer. Will definitely visit again. Food = Good quality Service = Good customer service Cleanliness = Very good standard.
Went today for a nice family lunch. Can’t believe how terrible it was. Got the turkey roast and the veggie Brie burger. The turkey roast came out with 3 round slices of turkey and very undercooked roast potatoes the veg all tasted the same. Gravy was non existent. Yorkshire was undercooked. Waited 20 mins to be asked if we wanted a drink. Were we were sat the staff gathered around and were shouting at each other by were the food comes out. The burger came out wrong instead of it being a veggie Brie burger it got served to us as a Christmas burger thank god we are not vegetarian. We complained and no apologies at all. Worst so called restaurant I have ever been in.
I'm actually shocked by the good reviews! Festive menu was such a disappointment! For £25 I'd have expected proper roast potatoes instead of frozen and a variety of veg instead of just peas! The Christmas pudding was tiny -admittedly it was nice but it was advertised as brandy custard yet just normal custard. There was 2 staff members that seemed pleasant but the others were inspired by the Grinch and Ebenezer, proper miserable- clearly hated their jobs, Christmas and people in my opinion. For a restaurant with a festive menu there was a real lack of seasonal cheer. I wouldn't recommend or return.
The quality of the food was great, absolutely couldn't fault it. The staff were really pleasant and very helpful however we weren't warned of over an hour wait on food. With having 2 young children with us and it being late in the evening this made a huge difference to the experience meaning we then didn't have a lot of time after their desert before having to rush back to the car as our 3 hours free parking were up.
Stayed at Premier Inn for a couple of nights next door.. used the Beefeater for both breakfast and evening meals. Service by staff was great, although a bit slow when busy otherwise decent. 4/5 Breakfast is buffet style and cooked very nice with really nice sausages and nice eggs etc 4 out of 5 for breakfast. Drinks are the usual choices. Prices are average. Evening meals are not great, mine on both nights seemed dry and I didn't really enjoy them but wasn't terrible just not nothing to rave about. 2.5/5

Stayed at the hotel nextdoor for a week and had a meal deal, was able to book a table each day. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is easy to get started for the day, fully stocked and has a large variety. Food was warm and served quick after ordering, sometimes difficult to get the bill but understandable during busy times. Has a choice of different options if you're not big on chips, and the menu had a lot to choose from. Calamari was oily/stodgy but everything else I had was well cooked and enjoyable.
Lovely meal as part of the premiere meal deal and could take back to our rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended :)
