   Compared to other Starbucks branches, this wasn’t great. Basic service and store wasn’t busy but took a long time for a flat white simple takeaway order. Staff not that friendly - just straight to the point.

   Gone down hill. Dirty sticky feel to area. Two tables both sides to me with stood dirty cups and things for at least 20 mins before some cleared stuff but crumbs still on tables. Cashier/server guy got a very loud overbearing voice. Coffee was nice but expensive. now. August 2025 visit : new staff = coffee absolutely horrible. Not risking nearly £4 again. Will just come and sit there! 2024 November review: I've duly changed from 1 to 3 stars as cleanliness and service improved. Could still be a bit more rapid clearing tables. Coffee very good, moreover consistently made.

   Staff never seem to smile - very miserable. I take my dog in here occasionally to treat him to a pupaccino (whipped cream) and they reluctantly serve me with a tiny bit of cream in the smallest cup possible whereas other chains give a generous amount. Definitely not my preferred starbucks. The gentleman who appears to be the manager is really uninviting and looks ad though he cannot wait to get away from the place.

   The manager there, named Bart, serves customers in a disinterested and miserable manner. The floor was sticky, and the tables were dirty and messy. These dirty tables were neglected for hours; even when I was leaving, they stayed uncleaned. The coffee tasted burnt. Unbelievable. Additionally their products are priced extremely high.

   Incompetent just eat order. My plant based sandwich was replaced with a chicken one and my hot coffee with an iced one. Avoid this Starbucks unless you order face to face.

   Just had cold toasties delivered - straight out of the fridge. What am I supposed to do with them as I can't eat them. And why aren't you answering the phone? Been very happy with the service previously but this is hopeless. Why would anyone want a cold toastie??

   *This review from 3 weeks ago ended up posted against another Starbucks outlet, so I'm correcting* Ordering on the app in advance didn't work correctly (wouldn't allow me to personalise a latte) and when I mentioned it to the staff they didn't seem much bothered about it, suggesting instead that I didn't have the latest version of the app (the problem has actually arisen since I've installed the latest version!). Also the "mini" version of coffee based drinks didn't seem to be on the menu (although they are meant to be as per Starbucks UK) so ended up having to order a larger drink than I actually wanted. Slightly disappointing experience due to all of the above...
