“A lovely little cafe I came across as being new to the area and on maternity leave. The surrounding park is gorgeous and I often pit stop at Sassis for some iced coffee and a snack :) The owner, Wayne, was super accommodating for my little one’s first birthday and let us reserve a few tables for our family & friends. The staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful throughout the day! Food & drink, as always, was great too :) Definitely recommend this lovely little cafe to anyone, we’ll be back again soon!”

“We had the full (English) breakfast on the menu consisting of Toast, mushroom, baked beans and turkey rashers. My wife and I don’t take eggs so we requested for more portions of turkey rashers instead and they were lovely to oblige us. We had it with orange juice - and speaking of the orange juice, the best so far I’ve had in the uk. Real Orange juice which I believe was just blended and not Tesco orange juice. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The service was great too.”

“Booked a table for an hour. Still under lockdown rules but felt safe outside and despite being essentially a car park in an industrial site it was relaxing a ok surroundings. Maybe the excellent microbrew helped. Tried several and based on the result I bough a box more. Really enjoyed the cold spark.”

“I had black Americano and my wife had cappuccino, we both really enjoyed our drinks a lot. My Americano had that light fruity aftertaste that you often only find with very high quality, it was genuinely very delicious. The interior is relaxing, calm and light and we really appreciate the soft music as well, not at all over the top. I love what this place is going for, as I am new to the area it's nice to find a place nearby that I know I can be comfortable in. The woman serving us on Monday 6th was also very kind.”

“I cant recommend this little deli enough. The crusty rolls are just like what we used to get from the bakery when I was a kid with lots of filling. My daughter had the panini cheese and ham and she loved it and she got homemade lemon drizzle cake to go. Great little place for lunch we will definitely be regulars. Oohh a d the gelato is yum and the woman running is the nicest. Great place”

“Their flat white and almond croissant were the best I’ve had in london thus far. The flat white was perfectly balanced - not too bitter, not too sweet. The almond croissant was dense and so soft. They went really well together. There is limited seating but it’s a great place to sit down and work or just drop by :)”

“One of my favourite places to relax and chat with friends and family. Cozy, vintage style with lovely background music. Food is delicious and lovely locally sourced coffee. Homemade cakes make for a scrumptious treat and I can never resist taking some caramel shortbread home. 10/10 will be back.”

“I had a great experience at this café. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor, but the highlight for me was definitely the avocado and mushroom toast perfectly seasoned, with a generous portion and beautifully presented. You can really tell they care about the quality of their ingredients. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxed spot with great food and service.”

So many options to chose from, including savoury, the crepes had only the best ingredients (was amazed to see Callebaut chocolate in there- they go a long way to source only the best of ingredients). “Used to get coffees at Bijou Cafe very often on my way to Lee station from my daughter's school and I was always so please with the taste of the flat white, the quick service and the friendliness of the staff. I also used to take my son for lunch during my maternity leave and it was my bowl of fresh air and happiness. Since my daughter is in secondary school, I don't go there that often but went back today for a salad box and it tastes so good. Fresh ingredients, delicious salads, yummy fish cakes and as always such a warm welcome from the staff. I really recommend this place!”

Me and my friend both had delicious breakfasts, piled high with salmon, perfectly cooked poached eggs, beautiful avocado and crispy bacon. “Lovely cafe with plenty of sitting and delicious food. We recently discovered this cafe and visiting almost every Saturday for brunch after our library rhyme time session with our little one. Staff is friendly and food is reasonably priced. Highly recommended this cafe in Woking. And this cafe is temporary closed from 2 March till September for renovations.”
