   Very disappointed in Smyths Toys. Brought some wrapping paper and a massive toy last week. I mean I know it’s only paper but I have never seen quality that cheap. Firstly there was hardly any paper on the roll which I didn’t notice as it looked like there was. Trying to wrap a present and the paper is such poor quality it kept on tearing!! How disappointing for a child’s present. The paper is supposed to get folded anytime I tried to fold around the present it tore!!! Crap quality. For a toy store that isn’t cheap improve your quality! Nobody wants flimsy wrapping paper when they are paying full price!!!

   Wish I hadn't have bothered. Called earlier to check stock and they didn't bother answering. Was told by another manager in another store the stock level on the website is accurate because it only goes on once staff in that store process it. Travelled over an hour to get these keyrings for my brother who has autism, 15+ in stock online, they told me they had 24 in stock when I arrived. At first they told me they can't get anything out the back because it has to be processed, so they had got them and couldn't be bothered to get them, then the "manager" said it's a stock discrepancy and they hadn't been sent them by the warehouse? Please don't bother going here. We'll be getting these and the other presents from The Entertainer and other retailers. Store is run by young teenagers who don't know what they're doing and CBA to work.

   Good parking for disabled at this part of the retail park. Not so good the other side. Also noticed the amount using the disabled parking places who obviously are not disabled, not using a disability pass running into shop and running back out a few minutes later ! Very annoying....

   Can I just say a massive thank you to the lady on the car seats department yesterday I didn’t catch her name, you was very friendly and knowledgeable and having been elsewhere and had poor service we was very happy to buy our boys car seat from you and you even installed it for us! Thank you so much, keep up the great service. Smyths she definitely deserves some recognition!

   Literally 1 assistant on serving massive ques on a Saturday morning. When I questioned this man who was yaughing his head off half asleep. His attitude was terrible. This supposed to be a happy children's toy store.very sad smiths executives. Unfortunately you need a big shape up. And this is not a one off or shortage of staff because we use this store m out weekends.

   Shop is every kid dream because of the size and variety of toys available. Not so happy with the payment as couldn't use my gifcard from one4all where on their page it says that smyths accepts it and it does work online. Maybe staff should be trained better.

   Great to have a toy store back in the area...Smyths have done well with the plot and the place opened just in time for Xmas is cracking. Staff were friendly when approached, layout of the store is pretty much like the others. Love the fact that there's arcade machines that are playable here. The downside is the width of the parking spaces. Parent child spots will be taken up quick so you're then left with normal slots. With two kids in the back and parked between two cars that have parked properly it's still a squeeze to get the kids out.
