Located directly opposite beautiful Bushy Park, the Kings Arms Hotel is the perfect place to stay for those wanting to participate in the iconic home of the first Parkrun. At least 10 other people in 2 other groups had the same idea as us. It is also very conveniently located to visit Hampton Court Palace (you can see the maze from one of the stairwell windows) with the main visitors’ entrance just a short stroll around the corner. We stayed in the Hampton Suite which suited our family of 4 very well. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom spacious; just wish we had a longer stay so could have enjoyed the big bathtub. Included in our price was a fabulous breakfast; this included a cold selection of yogurt, cereals, bread, croissants and juice plus a choice of a hot breakfast. We had 2 full English, an eggs benedict with added sausage and an eggs royale which were all delicious and set us up for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags post check-out. There is very limited free parking (4 spots) outside the hotel and we were not lucky enough to get one but street parking is free from 6pm to 8:30am and there is free parking inside Bushy Park. We would definitely stay here again.

The best location for Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park Run!! Warm welcome, great service throughout. Room was clean and comfortable with tea, coffee and water (still and sparkling), there was also a Mini bar. Shower was great and the breakfast was delicious. Only thing that might be a concern is that the music from the bar area could be heard in our room evening (but not late) and morning. Definitely recommend.

When visiting Hampton Court, there is no better place to stay! It is only a short walk to the Palace, so it is convenient to enjoy a wonderful breakfast at the Six and then head over for a full day of sightseeing. The staff is extremely friendly, treating customers with kindness and catering to their needs. Enjoy!

We felt grand having checked into the Hampton Suite. Loved the place so much as the welcome and service by John and Cally along with their staff was absolutely brilliant and exceptional. Great service at check in , dinner, and breakfast. Aces all the way. ♥️♣️♦️♠️

Stopped in for lunch with friends. Have lived nearby all my life, but have not been before. Had a selection of snacks to share. Calling what we had 'snacks' doesn't do the food justice. It was all really nice, and quantity wise, easilly enough to class as a main meal. The host was great too. Very friendly and welcoming. All in all, it was an experience we all enjoyed. We've all agreed, we'll be going again.

This is a strange one. The hotel has been refurbed to a good standard, everything was clean, the staff were very friendly and there were lots of little extras like coffee capsules and gowns in the room BUT the room we were in was absolutely tiny. There was no room to wear a robe or enjoy the mini bar in the room without doing a little dance with my husband to move around the bed. I would have preferred no mini bar in place of room to put my bag. The hotel didn't seem at all busy so why not put us in a bigger room that wasn't next to the external signage so the room was light all night despite the blind? And restaurant not open "because of staff shortages" - but we had booked a hotel specifically for access to a restaurant. Breakfast not cooked. This place does gets so much right but then overall impact wasn't good and I wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

We stayed for one night in a very comfortable room. The staff (Rachel, Gertrude and Cally) were helpful and accommodating, particularly appreciated as we were with our young son. Breakfast was excellent. The location is right across from Bushey Park is convenient and pleasant - road noise is inaudible inside, while we were able to go into this beautiful park through just crossing the street. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and modern with comfortable beds. Good range of teas and coffees in room and dressing gowns were a nice touch. We stayed after Hampton Court food festival and location was great, with only a 5 minutes walk. Excellent food for dinner and breakfast was a bonus and unexpected - this hotel may be 3 star but quality and service is 5 star.

Had a lovely stay at the Kings Arms Hotel, the staff were so friendly and polite it was so welcoming. The local area was stunning when it eventually stopped raining! The room I stayed in was cosy, very clean and had the most beautiful furniture and amenities. Would 100% recommend for anyone trying to get away from the London hustle and bustle. Breakfast was delicious and you have a choice between fresh foods or a cooked breakfast. I had a full fry up which was included in the price ☺️
