Really friendly pub! We popped in for a quick drink but all the staff were really friendly. We would definitely come back!
Characterful village pub with good ales and quality food. Not cheap, but then you do only get what you pay for! The bar staff are really good. Has a nice beer garden and live music in the summer. Recommended!

What a delightful find on a Sunday afternoon! Live band Sundays in the summer. Great menu options suitable for all. Veggie roast was super tasty with colourful and tasty sides. Great selection of local ales too. A very welcoming atmosphere. Different areas to settle down in - sport screens or none and a lovely outside space too. This could well become a meeting spot on our way to and from London.
Wake catered for and a great sized private room upstairs for our needs. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good value.
Very friendly 'Old fashioned' pub. Lovely atmosphere with fire and old beans. Food was terrific so much so that we booked to go again on another evening before we left. Very large menu choice and good portion sizes.
Great value fish and chip basket with fresh perfectly prepared fish. Good Guinness and nice patio area outside. Highly recommend.
Nice traditional pub, good food, plenty of football screens inside and outside, relaxing atmosphere, fair drink selection, clean, lovely beer garden, plenty of free parking. Great location and friendly staff.
