Great pub, lovely outdoor space and rooms look amazing. Seb was very attentive despite being busy. Highly recommend, and will be returning in the near future. My friends would also like to add they enjoyed their time here and will also revisit. 5 stars all round. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable.

First time visiting, despite having lived in the area for a while. The atmosphere and vibe were lovely and chilled. The food/drinks menu had a good variety to choose from. The staff were friendly, and made us feel welcomed, especially Clio who served us that evening (Thank you) I’ll definitely be coming back soon, especially to try their Sunday roast!

Had a gorge day here today! The food was lovely, great drinks, brilliant service! Seb was a particular hit but all the staff were so nice & accommodating to our big group including 10 kids! Very grateful & will be back x

Love this place! Went here with my friends and had such a great time. The food is tasty and the beer garden is such a great vibe plus I love the vintage feel of the pub. The service and staff were very friendly and attentive especially Clio she really made sure we had a great time THANK YOU CLIO! Overall it was fun and I will definitely be coming back more.

Nice food but so many yappy little dogs in there, thought I was at Battersea Dogs Home. When one came in it, it set all the rest off! Not ideal for a relaxing Sunday roast with friends. Plus some owners let the dogs sit on the seats and were feeding them, not nice when you're eating. Maybe we were unlucky but wouldn't rush back because of this.

They've really let standards in this pub slip in recent years. The hygiene rating dropped from a lowly 2 to a disgraceful ZERO recently. It baffles me why people still choose to eat here. The selection of beers has also dwindled. Usually only one cask on now which will be one of their own Volden beers. The stench in the toilets is overpowering. Hard to describe but it's been like that for close to a year now. Like a powerful vinegar mixed with urine which makes makes your eyes water. I'm also told the locks are broken in the ladies toilets. They just don't seem to care, and do nothing to remedy the issues. They have a massive beer garden and event space upstairs. Sad that they just can't do the basics like clean properly!

We stayed in their hotel for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect! The service is great, everything was clean and the room was pretty. We stayed in room Henry and really enjoyed it. There is a supermarket, MacDonalds and some other shops close to the hotel. The underground is less than 5 minutes away which is perfect. You are in London centre within 20-30 minutes. The hotel is next to a busy road so make sure to be aware that you can hear lots of noises during the night. We did not find that a problem. We had a great stay and we would love to come back to this place! Totally recommend this!

Haven’t been in ages but it’s even better than it used to be. Bar staff today excellent. Should have asked for his name but we were there at 1220 today for a beer and some crisps for the kids. Hope he gets the credit.

I've been twice to The Red Lion now. Once as part of a big group and the second time with a smaller group of friends. On both occasions I found the place very welcoming, the bar staff super friendly, we got served quickly too. Some of the seats are not particularly comfortable but after a few drinks you won't even think about that (I'm surprised I remembered!) Altogether, a lovely place, one I know I'll attend again in future.
