Great pub ideally located next to The O2 arena. Less than ΒΌ mile from it. Did and service at the pub is excellent. Ample seating and some car parking available too. There are rooms available which can vary in prices depending on what's on at the arena. On the day I asked it was Β£286 for a double room for the night. But it can go up to Β£308 or down to Β£180. Plenty of ale on tap and salad has outdoor seating as well. Worth a visit.

Booked Christmas Dinner almost 2 months in advance, they realised there was an error one week before. I don’t think it was even their fault directly, just the system they used. The change affected our plans, but manager was very kind and gave me a call the next day to address the situation. It’s clear they did everything they could to find an adequate resolution, took full responsibility and accountability and offered us multiple options to make sure they accommodate. Good experience overall and great to see they care about their customers!

Booked a room for one night as I was going to a concert at The O2 so it was the ideal location. Paid Β£300 for the one night, breakfast was included. When we first entered the room it was a nicely presented and good sized room. We had booked a table at the restaurant for an evening meal and had high expectations from the price we had paid. We were quite disappointed that it was just greasy pub food and it actually made me very unwell and there wasn’t much on the menu. When we came back from the concert, the room was very cold, the radiator was not on and the AC unit did not blow out hot air. Tried to use the coffee machine to warm myself up and it was not working. There was also a cold draught coming from the window. It was a very cold night so I didn’t sleep very much at all. There was also quite a few cobwebs in the room which I didn’t expect for the high price for one night. The positives from my stay were that the staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the location was ideal for us and the breakfast was very nice. I made them aware of the issues I’d had when checking out. I did send in a complaint via email and through the website I used to book the hotel however I didn’t receive any compensation. I would not recommend staying here as it is not worth the amount of money it costs

Went for dinner with family. Lovely intimate restaurant downstairs. Lovely food and friendly service. Would go again as location is close to North Greenwich Station, and good bus links. There is a car park on site which is free for customers for two hours.

Food was excellent and arrived at the table piping hot. The service was amazing and efficient. The haddock was tender and the wings were crispy. Absolutely would come again. (Definitely get the sourdough bread to start - delicious)

Really nice pub, great beers on offer and a lovely menu including some vegan options (the burger was delicious). We booked with a group and got the little seating area up the stairs, chairs could do with a refresh as they were a bit grotty but everything else was lovely.

Googled this place and it looked lovely. Everything we could want for a drink and meal local to hotel. Unfortunately we were advised on arrival that we couldn't order food for at least half an hour. No problem time to digest the menu and partake of a tipple whilst deciding what to eat. Up to the bar 40 minutes later to be informed no couldn't order anything for at least an hour as they were busy. Sorry but we left after that as couldn't chance that we would be kept waiting any further. This was an early Thursday evening 17:30 when we arrived. Had we known at the time we arrived we would have moved on straight away.

Went here with friends from work as a meal out. Unfortunately they were down a few staff and weren't able to offer a full table service, but they managed it well and it didn't materially affect the evening. The drinks selection seemed varied enough to cater for all. The food on offer was more of a traditional English pub food offering, it was done to a high standard at a very reasonable price. The desert was a standout especially the salted caramel tart.

Really nice pub in a great location, close walk to the O2 and great local pub if you live in the area like me . There is a private parking just outside and you just need to display your receipt in the window of the car and get two hours. There’s a beer garden at the front , the back and also a terrace. Indoors is also nice with a good atmosphere . Friendly staff. Didn’t eat the food but it looks good !
