   The staff are very friendly and professional, it reminds me of the excellent service that you used to get in a department store. This particular Lakeland is the type of place you can go in and ask the staff for help and advice and they genuinely want to help you. The goods all seem very good quality and the 3 year warranty gives you plenty of confidence buying. Not the cheapest place but things seem built to last.

   Unfortunately, very poor service. I wanted to buy a lakeland food steamer. I was standing next to him and the staff did not interest me. As she has already approached, unfortunately, she had poor information about this steamer. The most important thing was whether this steamer has a timer and the staff said that there is no one and I should buy a plug-in timer. It was funny. I was looking with a timer. But I bought it and it turned out at home that it has a twelve-hour timer. Unfortunately, the service was a bit untrained and I note that the steamer cost £ 50. I think that they would have more customers, they should train the service with the goods they have as well as customer service

   Great range of kitchen related goods and equipment. I'd been sent in by my partner to check out the pans available, and to see if they specifically sold the ones that Jamie Oliver uses. Ladies in there certainly are helpful and knowledgeable. Felt like I'd had a free lesson in the various pans on offer by the time I left, complete with leaflets to take home.
