Absolutely rubbish service. Took my car there to fix and they literally left it sitting there for a week!!! They don't keep you updated unless yiu phone them then they come up with a sorry excuse. In the end I took my car back. They done 0% work on it. Absolutely rubbish service will NEVER recommend them to anybody.
Rang them today 11/12/2024 to inquire about a part for my volvo xc70 d5 was told no volvo parts at moment, when I tried to ask when they would get some in and explain what part I needed they rudely hung the phone up on me. Very rude indeed
absolutely excellent service they truely are bmw specialist and i’ve known them for over 10 years. family owned with years of experience. amazing staff and very knowledgeable. you won’t be disappointed.
Where do I begin. AVOID at all costs. These cowboys don’t check parts are working at all before selling them. They’re also rude, lack any urgency when dealing with customers, lack in communicating and simply are not bothered to provide good customer service. For a BMW parts place they haven’t a clue what they’re talking about. Confrontational and argumentative when it’s clear they’re disinterested in solving the issues presented. Nicest person there is the cleaner. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
