Amazing service received today from the team here. Set up appointment the day before and they were waiting for me. Quick, professional, friendly and super helpful. They explained the problem and fixed it for me. Highly recommended and I will go back every time. Thank you for going the extra mile and making my day !
Staff were very friendly and understood my request with the tyres as I wasn’t sure what 2 needed replacing and requested they get rid of the 2 worst and put the 2 new together whether that was front or back as I wasn’t sure if my car was rear or front wheel drive. They explained the tread left on my tyres and recommended to get the other 2 replaced soon. This was my first time going to this garage and I would definitely return and recommend.
Excellent customer service and attention to details. The Team seems to be working as one sole unit. Definitely needs to look after the one in Bromley as they need to level up their customer service. Keep the good job guys.
Great service and the team really helped me out in getting vehicle looked at after a routine service at my cars dealer turned out to be very expensive. A trip to the WW Kwik Fit & they fitted new tires for less money, all on a Friday afternoon at short notice. Floyd was very honest & helpful in telling me what was needed (& what wasn't) & can only thank him & the team. I've had great service at this branch before.

Went into the shop for two new tyres only to find my locking wheel nut was missing. Staff were extremely helpful, advised me some next steps and then made space for me when i managed to get a replacement. Really impressive service.
