   The guys at HiQ were excellent. More details: The day before I visit HiQ, I was in Kwik fit West Wickham, where their employees wouldn't even answer my questions, wouldn't tell me costs, and eventually they didn't even fix my tyre problem after waiting for 2 hours, they told me to take the car and leave because they couldn't find the wheel nut key (it was there). Pure chaos and a huge waste of time. I call HiQ the next day because I hated how Kwik fit treated me. The guys there were very polite on the phone. Arranged an appointment to get my tyre checked 45' later (which was great cause I didn't want to waste any more time). Went there, I didn't wait at all, within 30' I was out of the door with the tyre valve fixed, and a few pieces of advice about things they had found while working on it (e.g. I am missing a few wheel nuts and the ones I have are messed up). They charged me only 12 quid! Insane in a very good way. I'm definitely a client for life.

   Had a flat half a mile away, just quickly searched for a tyre shop in the area, walked in with no appointment or prior call. They did their best to help on the spot, little wait time around noon mid-week. Ended up buying and fitting new front tyres, very happy with the price and service, and will go back today for new rear tyres. Of course, if you need a specific brand and model, do call and discuss as stock is limited, it's a small shop.

   Needed 2 tyres before a long trip up to Lake District, they were able to book me in the day before. Typical pricing for mainstream chains like hiq, ats, kwikfit etc took a bit longer than I expected to fit, I've known quicker! (30 mins for 2 front tyres) parking is very restricted, hence the need to book a time slot.

   Always helpful and pleasant and my only "go to" place for my tyres. Have never been overcharged and have admired their honesty of punctures I have had. If it can be repaired they do and not try to sell replacement tyres . Nigel and his colleague can be thoroughly recommended by me.

   I cannot recommend them enough. This tyre shop is fantastic their work is absolutely spot on and their great on price to. Nigel is very friendly and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone forget quick fit and all the other big places if you want a first class job done at a great price this is the place!
