    I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was appalling. He showed little to no concern about the issue I was having with my car and seemed more interested in rushing me off than actually helping. Every time I tried to explain the problem, he kept interrupting and raising his voice, which made the entire interaction very uncomfortable. What was even more shocking was how poorly he treated his own staff. I witnessed him speaking to them in a disrespectful and demeaning manner, which made the whole environment tense and unwelcoming. This is not how any customer or staff member should be treated. I left feeling completely unheard and frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful, professional service. And don’t try to answer this review pretending that care because you don’t and I have proof about it. Do not try.
