   Usually there's a man who does my MOT for me and is friendly and quick. He didn't even say hello when I came back 4 hours later he put his eyes down when he saw me. Today was a random man I've never seen before ( been coming here 15 years) he was slow, cold and rude. Told me it'll be 1 hour to 1 hour and a half max. Ended up taking 4 hours with 2 kids and a dog. Will be looking elsewhere won't be returning. He was stone cold and no empathy.

   Fantastic place if you have an issue with your car or simply need mot. I've been using Pond Garage for all major issues with my cars( little ones can do myself) and never had problems with them. Sometimes can get really busy.

   Excellent service, friendly and at a good value for money affordable price. I've been using this garage for over twenty years for servicing and MOT of two cars. I've never had a bad experience. From the outside its difficult to tell one garage from another, and if your not knowledgeable of cars and engines, it can leave you wondering "was I ripped off here?". That's why I keep going back to the Pond garage because I DO TRUST THEM, they are genuine and if your car does need parts, then it really did need them. Mine very rarely have had any extra work other than standard service and MOT. Well pleased.
