   The only place that was able to sort my air intake issues! After going to 4 garages (one who tried fixing by replacing some sensors and then referring me to an auto electrician that said theres nothing wrong with my electrics, and then seeing someone else who diagnosed and dissappeard and another garage that eneded up calling me saying i need to go to mercedes) I took a friend's referral to trust this garage and they have fixed my car! So happy. Beyond words on how happy I am! I can feel the difference instantly. I had a few issues and they have resolved them all. My car, after months of going back and forth to other people is fixed in 3 days by these guys!! These mechanics are highly knowledgeable, they also had reasonable approach and didn't just start charging you to fix things without them actually being the fault. Took about 3 days including waiting for parts. Also huge thanks to the receptionist Bala, he's been really helpful, responsive and reassuring.

   Very friendly, very knowledgeable staff and the boss. Unfortunately, they are only for regular customers. They don't take any new customers. Very busy garage. Also, mainly they deal with Merc, BMW, Range rover, Audi. Luckily, I have the opportunity by my cousin. Who has introduced me to the boss.

   I was recommended Thurai Auto Services Ltd by a friend. After taking my car to them I was treated reallg well by Bala & Vibesh. They did a oil & filter service this was £160.00 cheaper than main dealer and my Idrive on my BMW was updated too. They use genuine parts from the dealers and not the cheaper Euro Car Parts alternative. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on. They are honest and humble.

   As a female business owner with two service vans...I reply on the service of others to keep them moving, Thurai is the place. I am a proud customer of Thurai. I have been with them for over 5 years now. I find their service to be honest and professional. Customer service, and communication is fluent, total transparency. I highly recommend especially to females driver, why? Because it is a safe space.

   My car had been dropped off in the morning to have the clutch and flywheel replaced and to my surprise it was ready to collect later in the day. Very impressed with the excellent service and reasonable prices! Vibish and his team definitely have specialist knowledge for German cars. If you find that the BMW dealer prices are too expensive, this is a better alternative for dealer level servicing and repairs.

The only place in Croydon that uses the original Mercedes & VW software which is required diagnose most of the mechanical & electrical faults in new vehicles nowadays. MOT available for all kinds of vehicles from class 1 - class 7
