   Anyone looking to use this Garage BEWARE !!! Absolutely shameful. Jim took my money and kept me waiting for a week, completely ignoring my calls. The garage owner, Jim originally told me to buy the part from eBay and he’d fit it for me. But when I returned with the part, he suddenly changed his tune and said I could use his tools to try and fit it myself. You honestly couldn’t make this up. After coming back five times asking when he would actually sort the car, he started getting aggressive. He told me he’s 70 years old and has worked too many hours without a break. Frankly, I don’t see how that justifies starting a job, not finishing it, and leaving my car’s boot half stripped. I told him I wasn’t being unreasonable — I just wanted to know when he could finish the job. His response? “I’m not doing it today, full stop.” I replied, “I’m not asking you to do it today, I just want to know when.” It became clear from the back-and-forth that he had no intention of finishing the work, and I honestly started to worry he might cause more damage to my car if I pushed him to do it. On a separate note, upon one of my visits I witness customer looking very distressed talking to Jim, I don't know exactly what was going on but it did seem like he was promised something that wasn't full-filled, which from my first hand experience I wouldn't be surprised at all. I know its a bit strong but I know i was ripped off by Diamond Motors and it was 100% Jim the owner that did it to me.

   absolutely no parking capacity for two cars, very bad organization/customer communication very poor do not stick to appointments cant comment on quality of work as none done. You are fitted in to their day and their convenience as they do not take details ,telephone numbers, car reg ,chassis numbers POOR

   I took my car to the garage as I had warning sign on the dashboard. I was told that garage has no scanner as its taken out and come back in 3 days. I felt that this garage did not want to help me.

   I had a flat tyre this morning, pulled up opposite this garage. I called my breakdown who were going to be a while, the owner of the garage changed the tyre for my spare at no charge- saved my day!! Thank you so much!

   Great service by Jim and Anthony. I moved away from the area 10 years ago, but just keep going back. A good car garage it's like a good doctor after all, a relationship based on trust. These guys keep sorting out my car problems, fairly and professionally. I can't fault them and will gladly continue to use diamond motors as my car doctor. Thanks guys!

   This garage have been servicing our company vehicles and our own personal vehicles for 18 months now. We have found them to be honest, trustworthy good on price. We have used other garages who have yes ripped off on many occasions.They were recommended to us by a friend, and I would recommend.
