   I felt I had to put a review on here my car was damaged when parked while I was away on holiday. I took my car to grove auto first class service from start to finish my car had long scratches and a dent. You would never know the car had been damaged. Thank you grove autos I would highly recommend anybody to bring their car to you and any family and friends that have car damage I will send them your way. I paid for the repairs rather than go through my insurance considering the damage I thought the quote was reasonable and good I thought it would have been much more. Do not understand some of the negative reviews ! Apologies I forgot your name when I collected my car. A massive thank you to all the team at Grove Autos.

   Terrible service. Called and booked in to get a quote. Met Mr. Andy and told him i need a quote to repair rear bumper. He took couple of photos and told me he will send the quote over in 2 days as he is very busy. I waited for 2 days and after calling on the 2nd day, i finally got a quotation to replace all the parts including bumper. On asking why you need to replace the bumper why can't you repair it, Mr. Andy asked me to bring the car in again to take more photos. I already brought the car in once, why he couldn't inspect it properly at that time. When I asked him, he was very rude to me and later told me to take some photos and email him. It’s been more than 2 weeks and still no response. Very bad service overall. Waste of time. Further follow up after the response from garage. First of all. It's impolite and rude to address a customer in such a way. I work in motor trade and this shows how unprofessional your team is. And if I really wanted to get the money from the person i would have supplied them with the initial estimate you provided. For me it does not make sense to replace the bumper for a car when it can be repaired. I genuinely wanted to get the repair done and I have got it repaired from another garage with less than 1/4th of what you quoted me. If I called Mr. Andy during lunch break, your team/ Mr. Andy should have had a courtesy to give a call back or atleast provide a reply to the emails that I have sent. No one bothered to do any of that. Atleast own up or take responsibility if you failed to provide proper service. Accusing a customer instead of that shows how much you prioritize quality service.    The Team at Grove Autos (Danny etc.) have done an excellent job on repairing my brand new Juke which I had bashed into a bollard! They were very quite and provided a first class service, I would definitely use them again

   We had our green Peugeot sprayed & body work repaired after an accident twice now & out of all the recommended companies out there these guys are by far the best for quality. Perfect match to an unusual metallic colour,no orange peel effect on paint work. Smooth as a babies bum & a very quick turn around. Unfortunately going back again soon for repairs on the same car after drive off damage happened ,but at least I know the job is going to be done correctly.. Recommend as a first point of contact.. Thanks guys for a fully professional service.

   They did a great job, would recommend, good quality work, reasonably priced. Collected my car and as I drove back home I realised I still had an issue. Immediately I returned and they were more than happy to help. They looked at my car next and fixed this issue at no extra cost. They cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to me which was great. Once again thanks.

   Used as part of an insurance claim but feel I have discovered a hidden treasure that I would be prepared to use again and have no hesitation in recommending. Treated courteously and professionally throughout. Fantastic quality of work to the untrained eye. My friend is a mechanic who also checked out the work - and said it was also a brilliant job to the trained eye!
