   the staff was very rude, I went down to have a coffee in the morning and they asked me what I was doing there and I also paid for breakfast, the window in room 105 where I stayed was blowing wind through the window frame, the radiator stopped because it detected that the window was open, the child got sick there for 3 days, I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the cars, people talking very loudly in the hallway. I don't recommend this place at all.

   Did a very late check in at 11pm, the staff were wonderful. Had parking behind the hotel, big Sainsbury’s opposite. Didn’t stay for breakfast. Only downside was the bathroom being not as nice.

   The staff were so friendly and great with our children. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Despite the main road outside, it wasn't too noisy at night.

   Try not to have a room on the front of the building. It's a very busy road and traffic noise only stops between midnight and 4am so bring earplugs for a good night's sleep. Room doors need adjusting so they don't bang and wake up people at night. Unfortunately the bathroom had been mopped with a smelly mop as its has a really mold smell. Coffee is available in the room but if you take it black it's very bitter so bring your own. Local area a bit rundown with many shops closed. Large sainsburys over the road but no cafe any more. Subway next door or dominoes just down the road. Value for money not at £100 a night but I did get an early deal at £34.99 fir 2 people so can't grumble about that. Free oarking at the rear

   Good clean room, love a travelodge because you know what you're gonna get. Had a few minor issues but went to reception and Renay was so so lovely. She went above and beyond to let me know what was going on and to fix everything she could as quickly as she could. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you!!!

   Decent hotel for the money. Rooms clean. Some shared spaces eg corridors a bit tired but nothing major. Good facilities nearby

   My mum stayed here recently and had a great nights' sleep and great brekkie. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfy. The manager (forgotten her name - sorry - pink in her ponytail!) and Tracey could not do more and were clearly very busy as short-staffed. They made us feel welcome and looked after. Some of the hotel is a bit tired but hopefully that will get sorted soon. Thanks, ladies, doing an amazing job

   The staff were great, Manager Shantel and Tracy staff were so accommodating. I literally have nothing but praise for them. However, the big bosses need to sort out the heating situation. I understand energy prices are high bit I don't pay for 2 rooms for my family and I to be cold in the rooms. Totally unacceptable to not allow the heating to 1) turn up & 2) switch off after a short while.
