The room was quite comfortable and the location was very convenient. I was also very pleased with the ample parking available. It made arriving and departing so much easier. However, there was one small issue that slightly detracted from the experience. The kettle provided in the room was unfortunately not very clean. I did reach out to reception about it. They were very helpful and understanding. I appreciate their promptness in addressing my concern. Changed the kettle for me instantly however the kettle provided was still a bit dusty and not what I expected for that reason alone you loose a star from me from 3 star to 2 star.

Currently staying here with my two babies and husband upon arrival there was a huge pile of blood on the entrance floor and inside too by the desk. The lady who checked us in was friendly. However upon checking in the room it was very very dusty especially around the headboards window sill and tv area. The tv didn't work at all. The shower seemed grimey especially the non slip bath mat. The cleaning lady didn't even come in to freshen up the room no top up on toilet paper no top up on towels and we had been staying for three days even after hanging the sign for a top up. The rooms smell like socks and feet and the walls seem to have some types of stains. So I'd definitely avoid the travel lodge. They need to hire a better cleaner as the one they use is not cleaning for sure. Also the electric radiators once turned on make a loud ticking noise which disturbs you during the night. The kettle was also dusty bizzarly and filled half way with water.

Friendly check in, plenty of free parking, upstairs room at the front, which was noisy with traffic and sirens from emergency services, some shouting out side at night, but very good value for money didnt see any staff after check in throughout our stay, mattresses wasn't the best both of us had back ache so not sure if it was different or needed renewing all in all good stay

Travelodge check-in was fast and easy. The room had a fan on when we arrived to help with the heat. We still needed to open the windows. We heard a couple of police sirens and what sounded like street racing. However, we did not hear any noise from other rooms during our stay.

Starting with location for me thos was a 4 10 min drive from Black Country Living musem, zoo and castle, service the woman on front desk was very welcoming, now the room....or sauna....heatwave and no air-conditioning and rooms with window that dont open was so bad we went home a day earlier.....stay away

booked a last minute stay here for one night with my partner, was greeted by cristina on arrival who was very friendly and approachable. the room itself was spacious, the TV was a bit small and half of the channels on the freeview didn't work which was slightly disappointing and you do have to pay extra if you want wifi. we did need to ask for more sugar however cristina was helpful in giving us more. the bathmat I will say wasn't safe as you still felt like you were going to slip on it, but those are just little feedbacks. other than that the rooms and halls were very clean you could smell the cleanliness as you walked down there. the bed was really comfy too so, all in all was a nice little stay and would stay again.

I have booked 2 nights at Travelodge Birmingham Dudley, my room was not very tidy which I did not like it as I paid for a nice and clean room. However, the staff was friendly, Cristina explained everything to us and any enquiry she explained it everything to us and I could tell she has a lot of skills and knowledge. :)

The other half picked this place has it was cheap. The post code doesn't direct you to the place either. The staff are friendly. Other half asked for a quiet room but wasn't banking on Town traffic early hours of the morning. The room was a bit dated & the bed wasn't comfy, my pain from my trapped nerve got triggered off again. Had to ask for another toilet roll has the other half used it cuz of tummy troubles but the lady was very helpful in getting me another one has there was only half a roll instead of two in the room

Friendly staff but horrendous hotel - the rooms are incredibly dated and depressing. My bed had a short hair on the sheet, whilst the duvet was thin and not comforting whatsoever. Bathroom incredibly basic. No charging ports by the side of the bed. Avoid unless desperate.

Visiting friends in Dudley our stay was pleasant just the parking coming in late was an issue it was always full. Other than that our stay was uneventful. Hotel is clean staff are pleasant no complaints.
