    I wanted to leave a review to give a shoutout to the lovely server Paolo and his interpreter, who we didn't catch the name of. They were both so kind, polite and funny and made the experience of getting coffee super enjoyable. After having a bad day beforehand, we left in such good spirits!

    VILE! I couldn’t find anywhere to sit because of the rubbish EVERYWHERE! I asked a member of staff “is anyone cleaning up” to be faced with not 1 not 2 but 3 members of staff who were unbelievably rude. Left & didn’t purchase anything. Apparently being busy means uncleanliness! Do not recommend & I visit a Starbucks multiple times a week! Astounded with the experience!

    Nice place for a coffee ☕️ break , just like any other Starbucks with a sitting area upstairs and outside. Just could be a bit cleaner and also the location on Google maps is wrong. It is located next to FATFACE shop.

    Newly opened to replace the bigger branch that closed on St Ann's Square. The decor is different from the standard branches; darker, more stylish. There's a mezzanine area with a bit more space to sit but overall this is actually quite a small branch. It's nice though and personally I like the decor. Everything else is the usual Starbucks fare that you'll get at every store.
