1. Will “THE OBSCURE PERCEPTION” Brookes ★★★★★

   Iceland in Sutton Coldfield is always well stocked, no matter what I’m shopping for. The shelves are consistently full, making it easy to find everything I need without having to visit multiple stores. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they always go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s assisting with finding items or offering a friendly chat, the customer service really stands out. The store also benefits from a great-sized car park, which makes popping in quick and convenient. Overall, it’s a really reliable and well run shop with excellent staff and stock availability whether thats Frozen, Grocery or Chilled. Highly recommended to anyone.

   Just been spoken too ever so rudely. I assumed the store was open as the doors were open. Picked up my shopping and asked a member of staff what till was open. To receive a tone of distain and annoyance being told to get out as they were not open. I apologised as I assumed they were due to the door being open to then being aggressively told to leave the items on the till and to get out. Shall be advising others not to come here as this is not the first time this store have acted inappropriately in the past 4 weeks

   Pathetic supervisor and staffs. I have been told that I can leave my trolley and get out of the other door towards Tesco to bit something. When I returned back and they already closed the door , while asking for the manager she was rude and shut the gate in front of me without understanding. I have to walk a way around to come in the store and when asked why they did it, they said that I am shouting which this freak people don’t understand what I was asking for an answer . They even didnt serve me and refused to bill. Pathetic store and their staffs. I would request Iceland to review their store and staff profile. Very unprofessional, rude and adamant staff along with their manager. Happened on 22 aug at 6 pm , please investigate.

   25th June 2025 Driver was listed to deliver my order between 5pm and 7pm. It was then put back to 710pm and 8.10pm, he arrived at I opened the door to take delivery at 720pm he got back in the van a drove off, I checked the delivery statues and wa s then put back to 9pm ? I had tried to call the customer line but was closed. He then returned at 1950pm and said the order was not put on the van blaming others? Im sure the driver is the one that loads the crates on to the van? I said that ok. Only when he passed me the bags I went to empty the bags only to find ALL the cold food and Frozen food was soaking wet and defrosted and items missing ie 4 cans of john smiths and bottle comfort . All the bag of ice had defrosted and soaked all the boxes of Ice creams. Its obvious that my shopping was sat out waiting to be placed on the van but clearly was left behind busy the driver and not relegated or kept cold . Half of my £67 worth of my order is not worth keeping. I want these Items re delivered or a refund given. Terrible service not worth the money at all

   I used to visit regularly to stock freezer up . But the staff are abit rude and unfriendly. The last several visits the isles are crammed with stock to go in freezers and lots of empty boxes everywhere. Also only 2 tills out of 4 been used as the other 2 are full of boxes of stock. There is a big issue at this store around disabled access and spaces iv made complaints 3 times due to the parking spaces been taken up by there delivery vehicals parked blocking 2 spaces at a time . Was told it's been looked into and manager has been spoken to but seemed to just get stared at by someone outside in a van on my last visit.. when one of there vans was in another disabled space . It's a shame as it's a small carpark and disabled and wheelchair users really need these spaces. Pictures to show what I mean about parking. They had several chances to change there habits and there is space they can park just not close to the doors . Thanks for reading pics show van on 3 separate visits in last 4 weeks Very busy store with delivery trolleys everywhere only one till open

   Pleasant service from the staff on the tills. Can't say the same about staff filling shelves maybe it's less enjoyable. The luxury mince pies at £2 for 6 are definitely worth trying. Free parking at the rear fir 60 or 90 minutes

   I recently visited this branch last week after being a dedicated shopper here for more than 4 years. I was highly disappointed by how rude and disrespectful the manager was after I had explained my issue to him.He seemed to not care and didn’t give any thought to his reply. Furthermore there is only ever one person on the till when ques are long.This has always been a good low price shop but due to the rudeness and lack of respect to customers I will not be returning after this incident .

   Super clean and well stoked with all the things you'd expect from Iceland. I am very impressed with the politeness of older gentleman cashier on evenings. Please give this man a pay-rise, he is an asset to the store, always polite and super friendly, wish there were more ppl like him
