12/10/25 spent over £12 This is one of my regular shops and I’ve noticed the one male staff is becoming more and more Rude today’s experience the Tall cashier had no patience in waiting for me to pay and afterwards when I asked for the receipt he threw my receipt on the counter no thank you no nothing, they also charge for bags without asking you first if you need one. As a customer I spend my money in this store every week, but can no longer take the rudeness each time I walk in. Won’t be coming back. The owner needs to speak to him about treating customers decently. At least say thankyou after taking my money. He is so miserable looking, no smiling, just a discuss look on his face.

Advertise false offers once reach there from travelling seven miles away they say the items purchased and finished .They have tens of offers on their tiktok account apparently the all being bought up within one day. Don't bother going there for offers as they are none existence it's just a ploy to get you down there. As for the other non offer iems it is very expensive advice stay clear.

Good range of products, however, many of the items are priced higher than others in the area.

I've used this store a few times now, and am very impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful when I'm searching for my Asian recipe ingredients. Some stores find people like me a bit of a nuisance (don't blame them), but nothings too much trouble here. Cheers.

Visited today, the older man pacing in front of the tills was a bit off putting. The shop has good selection of goods at reasonable prices. Good lighting and shelves not too close to each other in aisles.

Rude Indian women. She left me in the queue to go 3 counters down to serve a white customer. When I challenged her she blamed me and started swearing at me. I have anxiety and don't get out often. Poor customer service.

Pricing is extortionate. Charged me £1:65 for 4 Bananas and £6:50 for whiskers catfood. ( the average price for catfood is £4:50. That's £2 more than anywhere else!!! ) never shop there!!!

Would rate higher... except for the weird "security guard" that's always drunk and rude. Makes both my partner and I (and other customers) very uncomfortable when he follows you awkwardly around the shop, wouldn't be as bad if he didn't stink of booze and genuinely seems more of a crook than the people he follows. Other staff are fantastic though very polite and go out of their way to be helpful.

Lovely and clean shop especially for the area. Staff are so friendly and smiley and the customer service is great. Some things are a little pricey but overall it's well priced. They have only been open a short time so I'm sure they will get better prices on things as time goes on. Really impressed and happy to see a nice shop on the high street. Also great selection of products.
