   Really disappointed today at the checkout. Two of the checkout assistants started having a bit of a go at each other. The male assistant commented to the female "remember what you were told serve them and give them their change ". Not a very professional comment in front of customers. She was very chatty but she also made some uncomfortable comments about him. Not sure if Aldi College Road are aware of this but Till 3 and 4 at 10.30am this morning was not the best shopping experience I had.

   Early morning shopping not my usual time to shop BUT While checking out my cashier was very helpful lifting my shopping up for me in a box making sure I didn’t drop anything as I didn’t want a bag. Very grateful thankyou young man, very polite also.am sorry I didn’t get his name.

   They stopped selling powered sweetener. Been going there for 6 years. I was upset. So emptyed my trolley to get by money. A member of staff and said WHAT YOU DOING. I said I'm upset and need to get my money from trolley. She said THAT NOT NICE. I then said you don't speak to a costumer like that. That security come over trying to tell me, that I can't talk to staff like that.i said wow so she can to a costumer. So I that said I need the manager. I told her what happened. Also I email Aldi hears that they are looking into it and what product was missing and heard think back. I will never use Aldi again. I wish I could but no stars

   We went early so it wasnt too busy. Good variety of food. Great fresh fruit and veg. Fresh meat wasn't bad either. A lot cheaper than the big 4 supermarkets.

   Great shop. The parking is another story with people parking in reserved spaces without being permitted to, but this isn't the shops fault. Prices are amazing but stock is most times an issue but that's just shops. Overall, the shop is great with its produce, price and waiting time since it was absolutely nothing. Highly recommended for cheap quality food and items.
