Every time in there all 1 pound meals are entry and staff are bad and all ways one on till and lots of people waiting and all other equipment people are al out back all the time worst Iceland ever you need to sort it
Absolutely so disgusting, I booked a home delivery today Saturday 20 September for between 12.30 to 2.30, I waited in as we are pensioners and rely on home delivery, by 15.00 still no shopping so I phoned customer services and I explained everything to the woman there, she then said she wanted my name, address, etc, spoke very to the point, she then said she would have to contact Maypole to find out what happened, then get back to me. She phoned back and said my shopping had been delivered at 14.02. I was fuming, she said the person who they delivered to was in their 30’s, I told her both myself and my husband are disabled, I am in my 60s and husband is 78yrs old. We are so very angry, so all the woman said was , we will have to make a delivery between 5-7 this evening, oh my gosh how cold and heartless people are, so someone somewhere hash got my shopping , hope it chokes them and the driver gets the sack.
Prices are always good, some of the staff attitudes aren't great - between either being on mobile phones or being ignored when spoken to; its as though they're being held there against their will.
It's actually alright. Clean and bright. Parking can be a pickle and if you have parked on the slip road it's a nightmare getting the trolley there to unpack. Wide range of brand names and own brands.
They never answer the phone last time I ordered i had to collect now its late! And that's all i know! Answer the phone!
Usually fine, staff are mostly helpful. Sometimes out of stock on bread/milk so don't rely on this store for those.
This store always has great offers, friendly staff too
Shelves usually full but pretty hot and miss bit like the customer service. Prices very reasonable though
I went in to get tomatoes to make a quick sandwich for when I come home on the bus. The shop was quite full and the cashier's were busy. It is a smallish Iceland branch but I was surprised to see it so fully packed it was easy to find things as well. There was free parking outside the shop as well which was very convenient. Very nice.
