   I purchased minced meat. When I cooked it it looked different than usual. They gave me mixed mince meat with other things and chicken. I spoke to the manager and he didn’t seem that bothered. It’s like he knew they are selling wrong meat to customers. He just said it won’t happen again. I usually purchase from mas bazaar but I happen to past by and thought I’d pick it up from them.won’t be shopping there again!

   Visited this supermarket today. I spent £90 pound and went to the till. The woman at the till was very rude. Asked her questions which she was reluctant to answer. Asked her for a bag which she just threw to the side. I know customer service is scarce in these environments but business like this will always put people off. I hope they can employ people who value customer service!!

   My review of this store was great till yesterday when a pack of frozen shrimp came out as rotten while being washed out of the pack. I drive 10 miles all the way to get fish there, so no way I could come back to return the back as it had to go to the beans!! Have informed the store today to check the stock of same batch if being sold currently. Hope they take care.
