Worst Cinema in Birmingham and the unlimited pass is also absolutely terrible my experience with it. I cannot book more than 4 movies plus could not book in some time slot aa well. After reaching out to customer service it didn’t help. In the name of standard they sell unlimited pass but cannot provide At least an audible sound quality and the screen quality is also terrible. Have been facing this so long. Always a apology don’t make sense it is just waste of money. Someone who loves watching movies just don’t visit. Absolutely waste of ur money and time. Attaching the quality of movie and the sound is not audible. The quality of advertisements is always prefect don’t know when it comes to movie the quality is terrible there are lines and blurred screen. My eye started paining as well already had vision issue the standard quality made me feel uncomfortable.

What an amazing experience, 4DX was on a different level. Spray of water mist, wind lighting was amazing. But the seats it self reminded me of a rollercoaster ride. I will definitely will come again. Got a family pop corn deal which was around Β£21.

I recently went to Cineworld to watch Demon Slayer in 4D, and it was one of the most exciting cinema experiences I’ve ever had. If you’ve never tried 4D before, I can’t recommend it enough – it completely changes how you watch a film. The seats move with the action, and you feel every battle strike, sword clash, and fast-paced chase scene. There were bursts of air, vibration effects, and even splashes of mist that made the intense moments even more immersive. The cinema itself was clean and well-kept, and the staff were helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were quick with ticket checks and snack service, and everything ran smoothly. The seats were comfortable despite the motion, and they were positioned perfectly to give a great view of the screen. Watching Demon Slayer this way made it feel like I was right there fighting alongside Tanjiro and the rest of the characters. The sound was loud and crisp without being overwhelming, and the visuals were stunning – every detail of the animation really popped on the big screen. Snacks and drinks were fresh, with plenty of options to choose from, and the ability to book online made the whole process super convenient. Overall, this was a five-star experience and easily the best way to watch a high-action anime film. I’ll definitely be coming back to Cineworld for more 4D movies in the future – it’s absolutely worth it!

I really think this is a cinema with heart. During the summer holidays, they offered a Β£1 deal for kids and families to enjoy the fun of watching movies together. The environment is clean and well-maintained, and the dΓ©cor is very trendy. The toilets are spotless and they even provide free parking, which is super thoughtful. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

This is a massive cinema with loads of screens, this relates to lots of performances and shows. There's plenty of choice of snacks, and there's a Starbucks to get a hot drink from. There was a good amount of leg room, and the screen and sound system was great. The whole of the cinema was clean and well presented. It's located about 20 to 30 minutes walk from the city centre.

Very nice, clean cinema. We were in a small screen but the day was enjoyable. Their food assortment is much better than Vue as they have a Baskin and Robbins stall, which do really nice milkshakes. Just remember to validate your free parking.

One of the best places to visit and watch all types of movies. You will get more chances to watch Indian movies. Nice place to go with friends and family. You can watch 3D, 4D movies. Most of the movies will have 20min ads in the beginning, so plan accordingly.

Nice experience watching Avatar in 4DX in Cineworld, Broad street, Birmingham. Worth for the ticket price. Very comfortable with Seating and having enough legroom. Ambience is also good. Public transport available using bus and metro. Waiting for my next movie visit. Recommended to everyone.

The cinema itself is fine. Good location, next to a large paid on exit car park. The usual 30 minute difference between stated Starr time and actual start time. However, I just wished people could go just a couple of hours without chips and popcorn. The bags are so loud when rustled!!!!!!! Would dealt love a "quiet" session where by bags of food are not allowed.
