   Just had a call from here today a midwife asking for me saying my name, has my number, asking about my pregnancy & appointment, I am not from your area & not pregnant and i am very confused as how they know my name & number, if was just a mistake in phone numbers then fine but to say is this Donna booth too im not happy as im wondering is somebody using my name details & phone number, I will be looking into this further!

   Useless and frustrating service. Tried to get an appointment for the last 2 days, training afternoons, no appointments left, on hold for ages, used the online booking, recieved an email which told me to go to A&E, I know I don't need to go to A&E,, they then refused to give me an appointment because I declined there advice on going to A&E because i dont want to take up valuable resources in A&E when i dont need it, i just need to see a doctor! Absolute farce.

   I used to rate this doctors but frankly who knows what system they are using this week. I can't get repeat meds I can't send them a message, as apparently they've disabled that function and I can never get through on the phones. Even worse their website still refers to mixed systems be it airmid, system online, and the apparent new one which I've no details for. Absolutely appalling service. A disgrace and no wonder the likes of A & E are flooded. I used to have sympathy for those that worked there but the rude, obnoxious and arrogant reception staff just won the race to this review. The other week I actually waited for 20 minutes until someone acknowledged I was standing by the window, and even in then they didn't actually ask if they could help. Just happened to be after I had complained, linked, absolutely. School kid games, yes. What do I pay my taxes for, to aide the mismanagement of this surgery clearly.

   Myself and my family are new to the practice and I was having trouble setting up my online services, I have spoken to the lovely lady called Yasmin and she was so polite and professional. She has set up my services and offered further help if needed. An asset to the surgery, I hope practice management take notice of Yasmins efforts.

   This is very poor service. I rang this morning for repeat prescription to be given an automated message to ring after 10am. I've tried ringing again around 2.30 pm to be given the same message. Their website shows that they are open until 6pm. I ended up ringing the pharmacy who confirmed that the surgery is closed and checked that they hadn't sent it down to the pharmacy. What kind of service is this? I think I'll transfer my future prescriptions to Tescos.

   Called this morning and after stating my name and reason for calling, they said they will look into my issue and call back. I received no call back. I just called back to which they had no record of me ever previously calling. The woman I just spoke to clearly wanted to do anything else but help me. After confirming where my prescription was she hung up abruptly. I could barely fit in to say thank you. Awful service. I understand if you don't like your job but please show 1% enthusiasm as you are helping people in need.

   Absolutely shocking surgery can never get an appointment no matter what time you phone, phoned today as struggling to breath was told this isn't urgent and phone back in the morning. What a joke now having to go to a&e due to this none urgent issue

   This doctors was not meant for this amount of residents to use... it is clear it is failing on all levels due to the surgery not having enough staff or doctors. It is OK Bradford Council forcing houses to be built in the area but the services can't cope.

   Thornton have got their act together, contacted Monday got appointment Tuesday pm when doctor rang me back within an hour. I asked to put back the timing of my 2:40pm appointment to late afternoon they obliged with a perfect 4pm appointment. Reception were friendly and Dr Mahmoud who put me at ease with his friendly and helpful Manner. I am confident I will now get the help I need to cope with my condition. Thanks Thornton very much
