   Do NOT buy guinnea pigs from this store we have had one die when it came home and got another only to have this one get sick and after going to the vets this one died. We were treated badly with no respect whatsoever and now they will not honour the policy of replacing the guinea pig which has a 4 week certificate. They say they do health checks every day but I doubt this happens I will never buy a pet from them again.

   The in store experience is great. Staff are great here, very friendly, very knowledgeable and happy to pass this on to you. My only gripe with the store is having items delivered there for collection. Delivery dates are more than not late and when calling the store to check it is never answered. Because of this we do Jollies when we can and only get the bear minimum from Pets at Home.

   Nice little trip for a price up and check for fish tanks. Kids loved seeing all the animals Fully stocked with rabbits and guinea pigs, kids were mesmerised at how they are cleaned out and cages all sorted out.

   Pets at Home in Oldham was so helpful when we had to find vet on a Sunday morning. The staff of Vets for Pets (in store) sorted out our daughter's cat after an attack by a nasty Tomcat. Can't praise the vet enough.

   All the necessary stuff I need for my four guinea pigs. However, some of the stock are labelled for guinea pigs when they shouldn't be, which I find concerning. Friendly staff, always warm, animals look like they are looked after well. Was never given a phone call to check up on how things were going after purchasing my guinea pigs. Overall, I will continue to use this store.

   Excellent shop for your pet needs. Today we went shopping with our puppy and a member of staff couldn't have been more helpful. He explained everything we needed to know regarding the best food to keep our puppy well fed and healthy. He was a credit to the company.
