   Took our very nervous four month pup to see Emily today for her first groom. Emily was patient, helpful and did a lovely job on our anxious, bitey puppy - even with a few accidents. We were quite worried about how the groom would go but Emily was calm and reassuring. Despite a difficult customer, Emily did a great job and we bought some chews (great selection!) for our pup from the lovely shop at the front. All for a very reasonable price too. We will be back. Thank you!

   Took our 13 week old Shih Tzu puppy to see Emily and so glad that we did. It was important that he had a positive experience of his first puppy groom and that was certainly the case and he was treated exactly as we wanted him to be. The shop also sells lots of very reasonably priced food and treats and we will definitely be returning.

   Been meaning to pop in for ages as live very nearby. Lovely lady owner loads to choose from - my cavapoo ate her chews in minutes so will be back for a proper bone next time that’s what happens when there is too much choice!! I really hope this lovely shop does well as it was opened by someone who obviously really cares for dogs And this area needs a dedicated independent shop like there used to be many years ago on butterstile lane……,I will be using it again I am sure.

   My dog absolutely loves this shop! So many lovely goodies, plenty of grain free treats, toys and raw food available to buy. The owner is also brilliant, made us feel very welcome and spoiled my boy with some tasty morsels! Now we can’t walk past without popping in to say hello (unless the shop is closed when he just stands outside and stares!)
