   Think wisely before taking your beloved pets here! (One of the vet nurses was really lovely but unfortunately she left). I took my cat here for advice, as she started peeing outside her litter box, most unusual for her. They convinced me it was behavioural, so we tried a number of things, which not only was costly but didn't have any effect (This went on for a long time). Woke up one morning and my cat had bled all over and had blood clots. I was unable to get hold of them for an emergency appointment, which is typical for them, as they are always closed, so I took her to another vets. Two months down the line we have been informed she may have a tumour or an atomic bladder. Waiting on MRI scan results. I wish I would of listened to my gut, I know my own cat and knew something wasn't right but you listen to the 'so called EXPERT'! . I'm just relieved I'm no longer with them!

   Went with my partner after losing one of our treasures and was overcome with the warmth and understanding with a top 3 service, Wish I had known about this surgery before as I believe they would've saved my cat rather than the loss we have endured.

   You always have to wait 1-1:30 hour to see the vet. Many animals in a very small room you can imagine what’s happening. My dog hadear infection and they gave us a medicin that made everything worse and my dog was tortured. NEVER AGAIN TO GOURLEY

   I've just read all the previous posts of which are so positive but the following review unfortunately is not. I've used this vets for both my dogs over the past eight years and over the the past two years I've seen a dimence in the treatment provided. Each time I visit it's a new vet who obviously don't know the history of the animal therefore relying on the notes provided. My vist yesterday has resulted in me making the decision to source a new vet.

   The most loving, knowledgeable and caring vets I have ever been to! My local "specialist" vet left my pet rat without medications without even bothering to see him when he was dying from an infection. This vet saw me immediately, held and properly looked over my rat and gave us what he needed. Johann's alive and got half his life ahead of him because of this vets, I will never go anywhere else.
